Rather take vitamin C which is a natural anti-histamine as well as a builder of collagen, the connective substance in cartilage, bone and joint membranes. Broccoli, kale, turnip greens and parsley are most suitable. These should be eaten raw as cooking destroys vitamin C. Pulp them in a food processor and mix with pure water.
