There are medications and therapy treatments for Rheumatoid arthritis, but nothing like doing it from internally. Eat a balance healthy diet just enough to maintain a healthy weight. Your body already has a lot of deal with, do not make it worse. Increasing your weight or being overweight can add to the stress and stiffness in your joints. Some people still want to maintain dietary therapy as their secret, not any more.
